A Small House
This design for a small house (770 sf/72 sm) for 3 or 4 people takes a fresh look at how we use space in our homes and at the value we get from it. The goal is to create spaces that feel good and are appropriately sized and configured for their purposes.
With its small footprint and superinsulated walls, this house requires a minimum of energy. The roof both collects water and solar energy. Ceilings are 10' high, with sleeping lofts located over studies and dressing rooms.
